1. General Policy

As per Indian laws and pharmacy regulations, medicines once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, except in specific cases such as:

  • Receipt of a damaged product
  • Delivery of an expired product
  • Delivery of a wrong item different from your order

For all other situations, medicines are non-returnable and non-refundable to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.


2. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You may be eligible for a refund or return if:

  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
  • The package is damaged, tampered, or missing items.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

๐Ÿ“Œ To qualify, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof (photo or video evidence).


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used medicines
  • Temperature-sensitive items (like insulin, injections, vaccines)
  • Personal hygiene and healthcare products (like masks, thermometers, oximeters, etc.) unless damaged or defective
  • Products purchased without a valid prescription (where prescription is mandatory)

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is verified and approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a wrong or defective product, we may arrange for a replacement (subject to stock availability) instead of a refund.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer service.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled except under the refund eligibility cases mentioned above.
